Photo Funeral

The police were using a telephoto lens, the kind wild life photographers use of predators like lions. They are in a van in a parking lot across the street from the funeral where the victim’s family have gathered around. There is a possibility they might get a photo of the killer, they have been known to go to their victim’s funerals from time to time.

An investigative technique once the funeral is over they’ll show the family pictures to see if there’s anyone they don’t know and then match it with others. Each of the cops feels they are close to cracking the case. The case that has strung out for almost five years. No solid leads, none of the possible suspects fit the profile the FBI gave them. But maybe there’s someone out there who recognizes the person described. And they’re just can’t believe this person would do anything like this.
