One of the biggest time wasters when it comes to writing your book is distractions. This can come in many forms, the telephone and email are two of the biggest distractions.

So how to tame or get rid of these distractions is simple. Turn off your phone, either that or don’t answer it when it rings and don’t open your email account.

Sounds easy I know but it’s critical. Let your calls go to voice mail and then call back when your writing is done. Have a set time each day when you check your emails and make your phone calls.

Hope this helps. Have a great day.
