Interview With SK
Hello and welcome back.
In the weeks leading up to the November 30 release of No Rest For The Vengeful I am continuing the series of character interviews with those who appear in the book. Today is one with a man known simply as SK.
IW: Can you tell us what SK stands for?
SK: I could but then I’d have to kill you.
IW: Okay, so can you tell us what your interest in Melissa was?
SK: I actually had no interest in her. It was my boss Joyce who wanted her recruited.
IW: Really? Why her?
SK: You’d have to ask her, I asked her the same thing. We could have had any number of women recruited for the mission. Those who know the mission comes first. I anticipated that Melissa would cause problems, and she did.
IW: What kind of problems?
SK: Read the transcripts of the mission.
IW: Fair enough. How did you get recruited into the organization
SK: The same way all the other operatives did. The company needed someone with the skill set I had, namely organizational skills for missions, and picked me out offering me a job.
IW: What type of work does the company do? At least what can you tell us about it?
SK: Not much I can tell you without compromising things. But, when something needs to be done, and the government needs plausible deniability, we send people in and get the job done.
IW: Plausible deniability? And how do they get that if the government farms out the work to you?
SK: They don’t farm out the work. We just take the job.
IW: Sounds a little fishy or under the table type thing.
SK: We’re very secretive. We keep a low profile. Anyway, I think I’ve said enough. Have a good day.
And with that SK got up and left the interview. Coming soon more character interviews. If you want to read more about his exploits check out the book below:
