Today is Canadian Thanksgiving day. And so I thought I would give you an update as to my progress on No Remorse No Regret.

Currently I’m on the 6th draft – working on a specific item called Internal Dialogue which will be in the site for Recommended reading shortly – hopefully by the end of the month.

A very challenging thing to do because it’s different from outside or external dialogue. There are ways to format it and ways not to, and how to tell good from bad. This will be explained in the next post and in the book on Internal Dialogue.
