Robert put down the menu as the third speaker came up on the stage. Thanks God they’re serving food. These mandatory events the company has us going on every year are a major waste of our time. There’s no point telling us the same thing every year about how to increase our sales, how to do this and that.

I’m the top earner every year. If people aren’t using the information to help increase their incomes the money spent on this would be put to better use by giving me a bigger bonus. If someone’s sales are faltering either fire them or have them team up with a top earner to show how they do it.

This would be a much better way to train the dead weight in the sales force. They could also increase my income by firing the non performers and giving me their territory. That would be even better. Then I can afford the Ferrari and pay for it in cash.
