Today I am going to talk about some useful apps for writers, or at least what I use. There is a link here for the 10 best writing apps.

The writing app that I use for ideas is none of the ones listed on the site. What I use is the S Memo on by Samsung Galaxy S4 phone. Personally I find a lot of apps that I have downloaded can sometimes be annoying with all the ads that come with it, usually on the free one.

So for me S Memo is perfect. It already came on the phone without having to download anything else and no annoying ads trying to get me to buy something I might not need.

If you find you don’t mind getting ads on your phone when you launch an app then by all means check out one of the ones listed above. But for me for now S Memo allows me to quickly put a thought to virtual paper when something comes to me for a story idea and for something that will make an existing story even better.
